- Excel File को ओपन करना है और File टैब में Save As पे जाना है Save As के लिए आप F12 शॉर्टकट भी उसे कर सकते हो
- पहले Excel Sheet का कोई दूसरा नाम देना है और नीचे आपको Save As की लिस्ट पे क्लिक करना है और Excel Binary Workbook सेलेक्ट करके एक्सेल वर्कबुक को सेव कर देता है बस मैजिक हो गया
अब ये एक्सेल फाइल Binary Format में सेव हो गयी है आप इस Excel Sheet ka Size चेक करोगे तो लगभग 3 गुना काम मिलेगा और अब वर्कबुक सुपरफास्ट वर्क करेगी
