Main Features of This Invoice and Inventory Management Excel Sheet
- इनवॉइस में आइटम्स की डिटेल मैनुअली एंटर करने की जरूरत नहीं है Vlookup फार्मूला से आइटम्स की डिटेल ऑटोमेटिक Fill हो जाएगी
- इनवॉइस ऑटोमेटिक आपके चुने हुए फोल्डर में PDF File में सेव होते रहेंगे
- इनवॉइस पीडीएफ कस्टमर नेम एंड इनवॉइस नंबर के नाम से सेव होगी यानी अगर किसी कस्टमर का नेम XYZ है और उसका इनवॉइस नंबर 100 है तो इनवॉइस की पीडीएफ XYZ_100 नाम से सेव होगी
- इनवॉइस में किसी भी आइटम की Sales Quantity स्टॉक से ज्यादा एंटर नहीं कर सकते यानी नहीं अगर हमारे पास स्टॉक में माउस की Quantity 10 है और हम इनवॉइस में 10 से ज्यादा माउस की Quantity एंटर कर रहे हैं तो ( इतना स्टॉक नहीं है केवल 10 पीस बचे हैं ) अलर्ट आ जाएगा
- इनवॉइस में मल्टीप्ल आइटम्स एक साथ ऐड कर सकते हैं
- अगर हम कोई सेल्स इन्वॉयस बनाएंगे या फिर कोई आइटम परचेस करेंगे तो स्टॉप ऑटोमेटिक रिफ्रेश होगा आपको कुछ नहीं करना पड़ेगा
- इनवॉइस जनरेट करने के बाद Next इनवॉइस नंबर इनवॉइस में ऑटोमेटिक Fill हो जाएगा

दोस्तों इनवॉइस पीडीएफ फाइल फॉर्मेट में सेव करने के लिए हमने छोटा सा VBA कोड यूज़ किया है और इनवॉइस के साथ स्टॉक को मैनेज करने के लिए एक छोटा सा Macro भी रिकॉर्ड किया है अब Macro यूज किया है तो यह फाइल Macro Enables Excel Workbook में सेव करनी होगी जिससे हमारा Macro or VBA Code प्रॉपर काम करेगा
