वीडियो में हमने एक फार्मूला को कॉपी करने के लिए बोला है वह फार्मूला यह है =MID(CELL(“filename”,B2),FIND(“]”,CELL(“filename”,B2))+1,255) और इस फार्मूला को लगाने से पहले आप अपनी एक्सेल वर्क बुक को सेव जरूर कर ले

Features Of This Monthly Excel Attendance Sheet
- हमने यह Attendance Sheet बिना VBA Code के बनाई है इसमें हमने एक्सेल के हाइपरलिंक फंक्शन का जबरदस्त यूज किया है
- इस Attendance Sheet में आप पिछले किसी भी महीने की अटेंडेंस देख सकते हैं
- महीने में जितने भी दिन हैं उतने दिन की ही अटेंडेंस मेंटेन होगी यानी अगर फरवरी में 28 दिन है तो 28 तक ही अटेंडेंस मेंटेन होगी यह सारा काम ऑटोमेटिक है आपको कुछ नहीं करना पड़ेगा
- महीने में जितने भी रविवार होंगे वह सभी ऑटोमेटिक हाईलाइट हो जाएंगे
- सैलेरी कैलकुलेशन जैसे Presence, Absence, Total Days of month, Total Payable Days, Basic Salary, PF, Per Day Amount, HRA, Total Amount, In Hand Salary ऑटोमेटिक होंगी
- इसमें एक डैशबोर्ड सीट बनाई गई है जहां से सारी अटेंडेंस आप आसानी से मेंटेन कर सकते हैं डैशबोर्ड सीट कुछ इस तरह की दिखाई देगी नीचे स्क्रीनशॉट में आप देख सकते हो और इसको आप अपने हिसाब से कस्टमर्स भी कर सकते हो
